semester end report

4 words to describe my performance so far this year

Helpful
i am helpful because when we have volleyball i always help set up the nets. Also days we have badminton we as in me and sam help with the nets.

team player?
i think this word works because i get along with people well

effort
i put effort into working out and trying to improve fitness levels

encouraging
I encourage people to do good in class and to actually do stuff.

Participation

My attendance could be better but its winter and i tend to get sick a lot
I mostly always remember gym strip but when my locker sharing partner is away because her locker is difficult to open.
My participation really depends on what we are doing.. Its is higher on choice days and such but sam is very enthusiastic and helps me work harder on days we have fitness.
On choice days i usually select volleyball because though im not that skilled at it i enjoy doing it.

Social Responsibility and Contributions

On choice days i usually help set up nets and also putting them away but most other days everything is already fairly set up so my help is not needed
My fitness scores are always honest and i have seen improvements even though last fitness testing i was absent.
my social energy is only good with the one person in class i am always with because i am a fairly quiet person when its not close friends.

Healthy Living

Though ive only done one fitness testing i have noticed improvement in my fitness scores such as hom much i can run at a time.
My diet has been pretty healthy like if my family orders pizza or something i ask for salad. Also i try to get my mom to buy me healthy snacks such as yogurt or crackers
Future plans is i want to start runny everyday.

Interim

Through out the semester so far i have been working with hard for he most part. I could work harder some days. On the days we have choice i usually do volleyball and i try to participate well. On days that we just work with our class i make sure to get involved and work hard. My weakness include getting distracted, and not always putting enough effort into my work. my strengths include always being prepared.
i think my work habit is a s because i can put in more effort and i've been away a few days.
a short bit from a video of working out in a group activity that we did. Or group did not get to finish because the beginning of the activity we spent a while trying to figure out our group.

running lap times from the beginning of October.we were able to finish 4 laps in the 25 minutes we had to run. On lap 3 me and Sam were slacking off a that's why the lap is longer. I could have gotten another lap in but that day i was slacking off a little.
